We use a flat fee pricing plan, which saves our clients thousands of dollars in agent commission fees.
- If under $1 million = $9,950
- For each million of list or purchase price = $15,000
In a typical southern California residential property transaction, this is typically around 1.0% – 1.5%. Historically, agents commissions have been around 2.0%-2.5% for each side….paid by the seller. We still provide our clients with a cash rebate (buying) or cost avoidance advantage (listing) but due to market changes from the recent NAR lawsuit settlement, it will vary depending on the specific property involved.
Examples:
- Buying @ $1,200,000 with 2.0% commission offer by seller = $9,000 cash rebate
- Buying @ $800,000 with 2.5% commission offer by seller = $10,050 cash rebate
- Listing @ $1,600,000 using 5% (i.e. 2.5% for each agent) = $33,000 cost avoidance
